The okbig VIP program is about far more than bonuses — it's a completely different experience. Dedicated manager, fast withdrawals, exclusive tournaments, and personalised rewards, all in one place.
The okbig VIP Program has three tiers. The more you play, the more points you earn and the higher you climb — with better benefits at every level.
Platinum members get a dedicated personal manager they can reach directly at any time of day or night, whenever they need assistance.
At Platinum VIP, your winnings reach your bKash or Nagad in just 1 minute. No more waiting — get paid the moment you win.
Gold and Platinum members receive an additional odds boost on selected matches — a better chance to win more from the same bet.
Even losses have a silver lining — weekly cashback of up to 25% paid straight back on your net losses.
Compete in VIP-only tournaments with prize pools starting from ৳50,000 — standard members simply don't get access.
Enjoy a surprise bonus on your birthday. The annual Platinum gift package includes free bets, cashback, and much more.
VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily withdrawal limits than standard members. Nothing stands between you and your big wins.
VIP members get access to more live events streamed in HD quality. Watch the match and place your bets at the same time.
VIP support requests are prioritised above all others. No waiting in the standard queue.
Every bet you place on okbig earns you points — win or lose. These points determine your VIP tier and can be redeemed for a range of rewards.
Earn points across Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots. Points on losses are slightly lower than on wins, and double points are available during special promotional periods.
Your earned VIP points can be redeemed for a range of rewards. See the full breakdown below.

For regular okbig players, the VIP program makes a real difference. Beyond the bonuses, it's simply a way to get more value out of every bet you place. The more you play, the more you benefit — that's the whole idea.
A regular cricket bettor from Gulshan, Dhaka, told us: "I used to play on many sites, but once I went VIP on okbig, I never looked back. Reaching Gold made me realize odds boosts actually mean real money." A user from Sylhet shared that since hitting Platinum, his withdrawals have never taken more than 1 minute.
Every Monday, your cashback is calculated based on the previous week's net losses — covering Friday through Thursday — and credited straight to your account. Only real-money wins and losses count; any winnings from bonus funds or free bets are excluded from the calculation. Cashback is added directly to your real balance with no wagering requirements.
Say you're a Gold VIP and your net loss for the week is ৳10,000. Come Monday, 18% — that's ৳1,800 — gets credited directly to your balance. You can withdraw it or keep playing with it; it's entirely up to you.
Okbig hosts at least two VIP-only tournaments every month — typically one cricket betting tournament and one Live Casino tournament. During major match series like the World Cup or IPL, additional special tournaments are held as well.
Prize pools typically start from ৳50,000, with the lion's share going to the top three winners. A participation bonus is also available for players who meet the minimum bet requirement. You'll be notified about upcoming tournaments via email and in-app notifications.
Many people assume a "dedicated manager" is just a fancy title. At okbig, it's the real deal. Your assigned manager knows your playing style, understands your preferred games, and can put together customized offers just for you. They'll personally notify you about special odds boosts before big matches, help you with large withdrawals, and more. Even at 2 AM, you can message them directly if something comes up.
"Everything changed when I reached Gold VIP. Using an odds boost coupon on the Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka match last month, I won more than I ever could have otherwise. And the Monday cashback is always a nice bonus too."
"I reached Platinum 6 months ago. My manager Rahul is genuinely great — he sent me a special offer during IPL season. Withdrawals in 1 minute isn't just a tagline, it actually happens."
"Started at Silver. Reached Gold in 3 months. Now I get ৳500 to ৳1,500 cashback every week. The okbig VIP system actually delivers — it's not just a promise on paper like other sites."
